Mecklenburg County Cooperative Extension is a part of the County's Park and Recreation Department. All CES services are located at 1418 Armory Drive, Charlotte, NC 28204. Phone: (704) 336-2082 Master Gardeners are available at (704) 336-4011, from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays (March 1 through October 31).
