Horse Eligibility Card Requirements

In order to compete in 4-H Horse Shows, or the 4-H section of other shows, you must have a valid eligibility card each year.

Here are the requirements for a 2009 Eligibility Card:
1. Valid 4-H Enrollment Card on file in the Extension Office by March 15, 2009.
AND If Enrolled prior to December 1, 2008:.
2. Participation in a non-show county, district or state 4-H event in any project area
