Med Instead of Meds

Are you interested in learning how to maintain a healthy diet during and after the stay-at-home order? Join our next Med Instead of Meds online class to learn how to eat the Med Way!

Each session explores:

  • 1-2 simple Med steps, including tips and hacks,
  • a mindfulness skill,
  • and Med Way recipes with recorded food demonstrations and/or cooking instruction.

Each week class participants will meet on Wednesdays from Noon–1:30 p.m. The class will include:

  • Weekly meetings via Zoom (1-hour lesson, approx. 30 min Q&A)
  • Follow up emails with recorded lessons, printable handouts, recipes and recorded cooking demos
  • Future access to updated Med Instead of Med resources
