Are you interested in eating the Mediterranean way, but not sure where to start?

N.C. Cooperative Extension, Mecklenburg County Center is happy to announce our partnership with Promise Resource Network to provide the free Med Instead of Meds Online Email Course.

Here’s How It Works

  1. Register for the course by completing the registration form by July 10, 2020.
  2. Each week starting, Wednesday, July 17th, you will receive an email including the following:
    1. Recorded video lesson of one of the 7 steps to eating the Med Way;
    2. Cooking and recipe demonstration videos of Med Way recipes;
    3. Printable handouts, recipes, and tools to help with meal planning and healthy lifestyle changes;
    4. Access to the Q&A Box to submit any questions. You also have access to speak communicate direclty with your Extension agent about Med Way questions!
  3. At the end of the course, participants are invited to a live Med Instead of Meds Virtual Party to share your results and successes!
