4-H Curriculum

4-H Curriculum and Training

4-H delivers programming in a variety of ways, including the train-the-trainer method. In this model, Extension staff can effectively communicate information to a wide range of individuals and the material can continue to be passed along successfully. Teachers, educators, volunteers, recreation specialists, and other community members are trained by skilled Extension staff, then they utilize their training to instruct others. By utilizing 4-H curriculum, participants agree to complete the required evaluation documents. As a research-based program, evaluation of curriculum is crucial so that Extension can continue providing educational resources.
