Agriculture & Natural Resources (ANR)

The Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) program in Mecklenburg County focuses on Urban Agriculture. While Urban Agriculture is not federally defined, it is described by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) as the cultivation, processing, and distribution of agricultural products (food or non-food) in urban and suburban areas.
