Youth & 4-H Mecklenburg County 4-H Fact Sheet (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) 4-H Spring Plant Sale Orders are now being accepted for the 2010 Spring 4-H Plant Sale. To print a copy of the 4-H Plant Sale Brochure, click HERE. For more information about the plant sale (including plant varieties) and to order online, click HERE. The 4-H plant sale is a fundraiser for Mecklenburg County 4-H. All plants are grown in nurseries in Georgia or Alabama. All orders are non-refundable. Plants do not have a warranty. All proceeds from the 4-H Plant Sale provide partial and full scholarships to Mecklenburg County youth attending 4-H summer camps and teen leadership opportunities. _______________________________________________________________________________ 4-H Camps Mecklenburg County 4-H will be taking a delegation of young people ages 8-14 to the Eastern 4-H Center in Columbia, NC for a week long residential camping experience June 27 through July 2, 2010. For more information on our day camps and to print off the registration packet, click the link below. _______________________________________________________________________________ 4-H Curriculum Training Sessions Mecklenburg County 4-H has scheduled several curriculum training sessions for the Fall and Winter. All 4-H curriculum training sessions will be held at the Cooperative Extension Offices (1418 Armory Drive, Charlotte NC 28204) at 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. AND 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. You may register for these sessions online through Eparks (click on ADULT), or you may call the 4-H Office (704-336-2082) weekdays from 8-5pm. A $5 registration fee per class is required at the time of registration.
